About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Real Estate Broker to join our growing advisory team in Dubai. You will work directly with high net worth buyers and investors, guiding them through the Dubai property market with clarity, integrity and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

●Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW buyers and investors

●Provide personalised property advisory across residential and commercial segments

●Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and clients

What We Are Looking For

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

●Support senior brokers with client meetings and property viewings

About The Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to build and grow the MARZ brand across all major platforms. You will be responsible for creating compelling content that positions MARZ as Dubai's most trusted real estate advisory voice online.

Key Responsibilities

●Develop and execute social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter/X

●Create high quality content including reels, carousels, stories and long form video

●Grow our follower base and engagement across all platforms organically

●Stay ahead of social media trends especially in real estate and luxury lifestyle content

●Collaborate with the advisory team to create educational and insight driven content

●Monitor analytics and optimise content performance consistently

What We Are Looking For

●2+ years experience managing social media for a brand or agency

●Excellent video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)

About The Role

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Associate to help grow the MARZ client base and strengthen our developer and partner relationships. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts and ensuring our clients receive an exceptional end to end experience.

Key Responsibilities

●Identify and develop new business opportunities across buyer, investor and developer segments

●Manage and nurture relationships with key clients ensuring long term engagement

●Support the founders in strategic partnerships with developers and industry stakeholders

●Develop and present proposals and pitch decks to prospective clients

●Track pipeline, manage CRM and report on growth metrics regularly

●Represent MARZ at industry events, developer launches and networking opportunities in Dubai

What We Are Looking For

●2–4 years experience in business development, sales or account management

●Experience in real estate, financial services or luxury goods is preferred

●Strong relationship building and communication skills

●Commercially driven with a client first mindset

●Highly organised with strong attention to detail

●Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus)

●Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
